Togbegã Abutia Kodzo Gidi V is the Paramount Chief of the Abutia Traditional Area and the seventeenth occupant of the Paramount Black Stool of Abutia. Born into the Royal Hlorviafe Family in 1981, he was enstooled in 1998 at the age of 19, becoming the youngest Paramount Chief in the history of Abutia.

He is a highly accomplished administrator and development-oriented traditional leader, with academic training in business administration, development finance, and sustainable development, and is currently pursuing a PhD. Togbegã serves on the Judicial Committee of the Volta Regional House of Chiefs and is deeply committed to peace, development, agriculture, and sustainable progress within the Abutia State.
